CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS I ORDERED?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. However, if you encounter an issue with your handmade product, you have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to open a case. This excludes our Medical Spanish products, as all sales for those items are final. Also excludes our headbands and our scrub caps. For handmade products (Badge reel, cosmetic bags, laptop bags, lunch bags, etc.), if there are defects or problems, please contact us at medlunaandco@gmail.com within the 14-day window, and we will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
For scrub caps and headbands, we do not accept returns or refunds if they are damaged due to improper washing. Washing instructions are provided on our website and product packaging to ensure proper care.
CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER?
Due to our quick fulfillment process, order updates may not be possible after they are placed. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, please contact us at medlunaandco@gmail.com with your order number and the requested changes. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be updated.

Order cancellations depend on the fulfillment process. If your order has not been fulfilled, please contact us at medlunaandco@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request. Once an order is fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible.

Every order comes with a tracking number, which will be provided in your confirmation email.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship domestically within the United States and Puerto Rico, as well as internationally. Shipping rates are determined by USPS, and international shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination.
WHY USE BADGES WHEN MEDICAL INTERPRETERS ARE AVAILABLE?
Our badges serve as a temporary solution until a medical interpreter can assist. They provide essential information and basic “yes” or “no” questions to ensure mutual understanding between healthcare providers and patients.
DO YOU MAKE HORIZONTAL BADGES?
No, we do not offer horizontal badges. After testing, we found that vertical badges accommodate more information, and we currently have no plans to produce horizontal badges.
