Returns & Exchanges Policy
At MedLuna, we strive to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Handmade Products:
If you encounter a defect or issue with a handmade item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us at medlunaandco@gmail.com. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve the problem. This includes other handmade products besides our scrub caps. (This includes badge reels, cosmetic bags, laptop bags, lunch bags, etc.)
Medical Spanish Products:
All sales of Medical Spanish products are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these items.
Scrub Cap & Headband Policy:
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for scrub caps or headbands damaged due to improper washing. Please follow the washing instructions provided on our website and product packaging to ensure proper care.

DELIVERY TIMES Delivery times are estimates in business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Once shipped, delivery is managed by the chosen postal service, and we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by:
- USPS errors
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Damage caused during shipping
- PO box issues
- Stolen packages or missing orders after delivery

ORDER CONFIRMATION Orders ship after processing (5-7 business days) via USPS. You'll receive both an order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
